The lotte city hotel is close to everything transportation, restaurant , and shopping very great lication and they give you everything toiletries ,bathrob and pajamas. I would definitely go back there.

Staff extremely polite and helpful. Underground station is just below the hotel and one stop from Tokyo Skytree . Shopping and local restuarant area within 5 minute walk. Breakfast buffet had wide selection and of good quality.

Train /bus station , tons of restaurants and shopping just beside the building. Big park beside building. Very nice view of the Tokyo Sky tree. I like walking in the morning, so i walked 43 mins to get to Sensoji temple where theres not much people yet.

Wife and I just got back from our stay at this hotel. We absolutely loved it. Rooms were spacey (by Japanese standards), staff were super helpful, the property itself was very clean and located within minutes of walking distance from train stations (one in the basement of the hotel), shopping, food in any direction. Our only issue was that the sink in our room leaked when we turned on the cold water, but was not an issue and we used a towel to keep it dry. Will stay here again the next time we are in Japan!

Our stay at the Lotte hotel was great! The staff were super nice. The location was great and well connected for subways (across the road for JR lines or downstairs to B2 for Z line). There's a 7/11 on level 1 and we found a flea market at the park across the road one morning. There's some shopping by the train station too. The rooms were nice, I liked the self service amenities and the fresh towels etc daily. The room with me and my partner was a little small but okay if we put all our luggage away. My sister had a queen room to herself and it was plenty big for her. Our laundry needed a couple rounds in the dryer which took some time but it was cheap. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

We were very pleased with the Lotte City Hotel. Only criticism is that even with it's English speaking staff and it's English themed pub there were no English descriptions of the food on offer at breakfast. Therefore you either had to ask for an explanation (which they were happy to give) or take a chance and for people with strict eating preferences this wasn't so good. But overall very pleased and will probably use them again.

Great choice
The hotel was a really relaxed place to stay , no one bothered you and the rooms were a great size for Tokyo. The practicality of the hotel was fantastic as it was central to transportation and the area was great for choices of food and shopping etc. The facilities were also great staff were very pleasant. Overall the hotel was fantastic choice for our two week stay , the only criticism would be the room felt a little tired decor wise but not enough to not stay there again if we returned to Tokyo.

Excellent location (close to stations with multiple train lines; several shopping towers; restaurants; easy walk to Skytree). Great views (from floor 14). New facilities. Laundry on floor 7. Cute theme with the Koala's March but not overdone so as to be kitschy. Delicious breakfast. Friendly staff.

Nice hotel that provides good amentities. However, it needs to be noted that we had a Elite Single which has a double bed and sleeps two but at check in we were informed that only one person can sleep in the room.

I recently stayed in this hotel with an excellent location, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by a few issues. First, the cleanliness of the hotel could be improved. In particular, I noticed that the floor in my room was quite sticky, which was unpleasant. I also noticed some areas in the hotel that could have used a more thorough cleaning. Another issue I encountered during my stay was the limited English capability of the staff at the front desk. This made it challenging to communicate effectively and get the information I needed. While I understand that English may not be the primary language of the staff, I think it would be helpful for the hotel to invest in language training to improve communication with guests. Finally, I was disappointed to learn that the hotel only offers room service once a week. This was unexpected, and rooms are generally small, any untidiness/smell feels much harder to tolerate. All that makes the room a lot less comfortable to stay in. Despite these issues, I do want to emphasize that the hotel's location is excellent. It is situated in a convenient and accessible area, which made it easy for me to explore the city. Near direct access to most locations within the city. Overall, this is a hotel that is okay for first timers that who prioritize location over other factors. However, I would caution that there are some areas for improvement, particularly around cleanliness and communication with staff.

This less touristy spot is very safe fun and full of things to do. Good transportation hub. We were visiting family in nearby Kikukawa. Easy walk to another great neighborhood. The hotel is located in a building with lots of other stores, including 7-Eleven, restaurants, and bars. The room was very nice. We had a few of the sky tree, the beds, the pillows were all very very comfortable. .

Very convenient location, literally on top of a subway station and very near a JR station. Surrounding district has numerous restaurants and two supermarkets. Rooms are modestly sized, but pretty good considering the price and location.

The hotel staff are very helpful and polite. The room is slightly more spacious than other hotel in tokyo. Is very clean BUT the wall right beside the mirror was very dusty. I left a note in Japanese for the staff to clean it but they did not clean it. Fyi room number 1905. The location of the hotel is very good! Right beside JR and metro station. But i do find it strange that the housekeeping throw the disposable slippers everyday. I stayed for 4nights with my husband hence they threw 8 pair of slippers.... Which i dont find it ecofriendly. Overall, this is a hotel that i will stay again.

The hotel is in a great location and is easy to access via the Honzomon subway line. There are nice views of the Sky Tree too (if you're lucky enough to get a room on the north side). Breakfast was quite unusual: mainly cakes, sweets and ice cream. It was so popular that I could only get into the breakfast retaurant on one of the three days of my visit. On the other two mornings there were long lines of people queuing to get in. I'd booked the 'breakfast included' option, which turned out to be a complete waste of money. They gave me a wheelchair access room. I don't have a wheelchair and having the toilet right next to the door and not in a separate bathroom took a bit of getting used to. I visit Japan a lot but I don't think I'll stay here again. I was really looking forward to it but was rather disappointing in the end.

Location is excellent ! You can go straight to the Kinshicho station at the basement level. Shopping malls, foodcourts and private food shops nearby. Convenient but not over crowded. Breakfast choices is good enough plus take away snacks and coffee which is very hearty. My room has a great city view and I can see Tokyo tower. I can also have the clear skytree view every time I am waiting for the lift. By the way it is a great place to come back.
