For a small space, there is is a lot of separation so people can do their own activities without really disturbing others. The house is on three floors - one bedroom on the second floor and one on the third. Host is super responsive. Very generous coffee and tea supplies, which we appreciated. The property is about a 5 minute walk from Koenji metro station; there is a grocery store next to the station as well as lots of convenience stores in the area.
