Great hotel. We enjoyed staying here for three nights. Very close to Tsukiji fish market and GINZA area. The Room was clean and spacious. I was impressed with many non Japanese staff who speaks Japanese fluently. Well trained. However it was disappointed that one Japanese lady was unfriendly while in the check in process. No smiling and her explanation was not clear. Other than that, it was great hotel.

Property is very close to the Tsukiji outer market. It’s also about 10 min walking distance to Ginza 6 and subway stations.

The room was small for 3 single beds however as we were only staying one night this was fine but had we been staying longer then this arrangement wouldn’t have worked. Not far from a metro station either.

Walking distance from Tsukiji Market. All sorts of bus and rail lines close by as well. Didn’t stay long enough to comment on their service but everything was super clean.

What a great place for my first night in Japan. Very comfortable single bed, short but deep bathtub, good shower, good air conditioning, a little desk, and above all so very quiet! The soundproofing must be excellent because I didn't hear anything of my neighbours. Neat little room, spotlessly clean. Free tea in the lobby and a kettle on the room. Excellent location, easy to get to Tsukiji market for breakfast. I foolishly also booked breakfast at the hotel so I checked that out too and it was pretty good!

I stayed for 4 nights at the hotel with my 2 teens. We enjoyed the very convenient, affordable and quiet location - less than a 5 minute walk to Tskiji Fish Market, the ritzy Ginza shopping area and 2 subway stations. The front desk staff were very helpful and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet with tasty Japanese items (Ramen for breakfast!) and western options.
