Absolutely stunning! You will not be disappointed. Centrally located, so jumping on the train to all major neighborhoods is quick. The zen spaces in the hotel are perfect for exhaling. Highly recommended!

Away from the busy hustle of some of the other areas of Tokyo. This hotel is located in a more quiet area and we enjoyed both the on site dining options but found some great small local spots in short walking distance.

Beautiful quiet and clean hotel. Staff are excellent and go above and beyond to help. Room we had was small but for Tokyo standards it was still very nice. Bathroom and amenities all wonderful. Terraces and relaxation rooms all wonderful. Great to have an onsite laundry too (although what would be really nice is having a notification telling you if the machines are free - always seemed to be busy - but I’m picking holes now). Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet restful stay

This hotel is very clean and comfortable. There is a short walk from JR station though. The Tokyo dome is close by and there is an amusement park with roller coasters in the park. Great experience

My son and I stayed here for a week. It was a great location to train stations. It’s a very nice hotel with lovely staff. It smelled so nice every time we entered and was very peaceful. The massage chairs in the relaxation room were an added bonus for our tired legs. We would definitely stay here again!

The Wi-Fi was unreliable and kept disconnecting, especially in the evening. The restaurant was very expensive and lacked affordable options, particularly for breakfast, where only the $30 option was available. However, the staff was very helpful, and the hotel was very clean.

The rooms were very clean and we loved the bidet. It had a heated seat! The beds were very spacious and comfortable we had no problem organizing our things with two large suitcases. Occasionally, it felt tight when packing, but otherwise it worked out great. The windows have traditional screen style blinds on them as well as a blackout curtain. The major downside was two washers and two dryers available for the entire building. You can check the status of the washers and dryers on the television in the room, but it was still an inconvenience. Overall, highly recommend!

Decent hotel, but the restaurant was sub-par and expensive. Hotel staff was great, but the restaurant staff was rude. These were the only rude people that we encountered on our entire trip.

It’s like 6 minutes walk away from Subway station but it’s not close to JR line..need to do transfers or walk longer distance to the other subway stations in order to avoid the transfer.

Exceptional outdoor gardens and indoor relaxation amenities. Rare find in the middle of a busy city! Luxurious coffee and Japanese tea service from 4-8 pm. Full body massage chairs helped me de-stress. There is a calmness about this hotel that draws me to it. I did tai chi on the rooftop garden and morning devotion on the 2/F terrace. Staff is very courteous and the facility is very very clean. Our king room has very comfortable bedding but maybe a little too congested. The 2-feet behind the head rest is dead space that could be used to extend floor space for opening of suitcases at the foot of the bed. Chairs are a bit bulky and the round tea table is optional. We love the spacious bathroom with the separate toilet and bath space, but there is an offensive smell from the drain that lingered in room 1010. Room TV has Chromcast which is handy. We could also listen to music using the TV control. We walked to Tokyo Dome area with lots of dining options. I miss this hotel!

Very nice hotel and rooms. There was a bit of bad smell coming out of the bathroom pipes… maybe they need to take care of that. Drink time in the afternoon at the restaurant, would have been nice if it was possible to order some kind of dessert or TSUMAMI , unfortunately it was possible to order drinks only. Apart of the 2 above points, the hotel is really nice.

Lovely, quiet hotel that envelops you in calm. The rooms are well-appointed, and the common spaces, particularly the outdoor gardens (ground floor, plus two other higher spaces) are lush and peaceful. The staff was kind and attentive, and made everything so easy. The breakfast was astonishingly good and oh so much food! Walking to subway stations was five-to-ten minutes, but gave us plenty of options. The location is not in a touristy area, which made it particularly quiet (good), but proved a little tricky went looking for places to eat dinner (restaurants were filled quickly, and English translations were a little more difficult to find). The gym is small, but functional, and there were only two washer/dryer units, but they were well-maintained. All in all, we would return to this hotel and we're glad that we stayed there.
