"As requested we advised our arrival time & reconfirmed 30 minutes prior but unfortunately still had to wait for a staff member to arrive to let us in. Wifi code not given, & couldn't find it in room so had to text for it. Room was in basement & we found it a little cold, & couldn't get the radiator to work.
