"Wear water shoes!!! The pool floor is insanely bad…. We have to start off by saying, this property is not a party atmosphere. Very laid back, not a ton of push to get you up and active. It seemed like a ghost town the first 2 days. But it picked up a little. It was fun, clean, relaxing! Jeremy and Gabriel were so cool and fun. Maria and Jose were also awesome! The manager Carlos is well spoken and very attentive. Great manager! We heard a few rumblings of people being upset, I think if you are looking to blame people you can. We could not find much to complain about. The zen pool area needs clean up, leaves and dirt were falling into the pools. Not all the restaurants were open everyday, but we were able to hit them all on different nights. All were beyond expectations. Soo good. Go ahead and tip though, maybe we got special treatment but the staff were eager to wait on us. They brought out additional things we didn’t order for us to try, much to our delight! Beach was also covered in seaweed, time of year was September. Couldn’t even get in the ocean, and trust me I tried. The resort is 73 miles from the airport so plan accordingly. Room service killed it too, much appreciated y’all, you could see us again!"

"My husband booked this as a birthday trip and it was amazing. The staff were accommodating, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The property and rooms were immaculately taken care of. The food was amazing although we didn’t try the French cuisine, everything was 10 out of 10. Minus the room service which in my opinion could’ve been more extensive if you’re looking to stay in the room for the day. Lastly the spa, my husband booked an 80 minute massage for me as well as a Hydrotherapy massage. Overall, I slept like a baby after that. We will be visiting here again."

"Our stay at Dreams Tulum was wonderful from start to finish. My fiancé and I had such a fun and relaxing time, and the staff made the experience even more special with their kindness, attentiveness, and amazing service. One of our favorite parts was wandering around the beautiful property together and spotting all the wildlife. The resort had such a peaceful, natural atmosphere that made every walk feel like an adventure. We truly loved our stay and can't wait to get married here!"
