"Gorgeous apartment with a lovely plunge pool to cool down during the day. The communication was excellent throughout our stay, they shared lots of information ahead of our arrival and were always on standby over whatsapp for anything we needed. The location of the apartment itself was a little quiet, with lots of construction work happening everywhere around so beware of noise and dust. We didn’t mind too much as the complex had security and you can rent bikes to cycle into downtown tulum or...

"El edificio y el departamento están bastante bien, si bien el ascensor no funcionaba el resto estaba en buenas condiciones. El principal problema es que la calle está rota por y hay construcciones alrededor de la propiedad, el camino es de tierra y piedras y hay basura."

The amenities are great, the beach access is really nice and plenty of lounge chairs and palapas at the private beach for guests of the villa. Very nice host was super responsive at all times.
