"We loved the convenient location. Hiking paths right off the property and the agility course. The outdoor pool with hot tub and sauna is great. Wished the outdoor pool opened before 10 AM for a lap swimming. The accommodations were very comfortable, and the resort “style” was very appealing."

" We really loved our stay and highly recommend if you like old school charming lakefront homes! The number of bedrooms and bathrooms worked very well for our group. We loved hanging out on the fabulous deck with great views of the lake. The jacuzzi is a great bonus as well as the steps down to the small deck on the water. Even though it's older, it's well loved and you can just tell there have been a lot of family memories made here.Very well equipped kitchen and newer appliances.The lake was very high so access to the water is difficult when the lake is this full - this was the only challenge.Would stay again in a heart beat! "Enjoyed my weekend trip to Tahoe City. The location was great, after a full day out at the lake. Check in was quick, friendly. Once settled in my room walked the strip that has many options for dinner an shopping. Room was comfortable an at night it was very quiet. Check out was very simple with phenomenal service. I will definitely be coming back."

"This place is a true gem! Not only is it close to Lake Tahoe but the resort itself is in a forest and close to Tahoe rim trail and other hikes and they have their own ski and sled area that also serves hot tea and lunch. Their restaurant in the main lodge serves dinner and has decent food and amazing ambiance with a huge fire place. The room had 2 comfy beds and plenty of pillows. The heating was good too. "
