The only thing I didn’t like was the bed is extremely hard and the comforter are heavy.

Very nice place. The hotel is two blocks (no streets to cross),from train station that runs from airport to downtown. So easy to get around and avoid very high taxi fares.

Great rooms, lovely and clean but they Advertised restaurant on site and breakfast available but the restaurant was not operating and there was no breakfast available. It was over the Easter weekend so not easy to find places open nearby. Very disappointing.

Apologies if the staff did not inform you about the available dining options in the area. The onsite restaurant is currently closed for few months, but we always happy to recommend dining places within walking distance. We understand how frustrating it must have been, especially over the Easter weekend when finding alternative dining options can be challenging. I do hope we will get a chance to see you again in near future.

Location was very convenient, close to the train station and nearby cafes. However, housekeeping was poor, and there was lack of communication between reception and housekeeping.

Great choice for our visit.
We were very happy with the room and amenities. Quiet. Very nice shower. Extremely fast free internet. Room tech was up to date with smart tv and multiple usb charging locations. Staff was exceptional and very helpful. Cafe was very nice with good breakfast selections.
Pantry with selection of everything from Wine and pre-prepared cocktails to chips and candy.

Great little hotel near Green Square
Very nice little hotel, very convenient to the Green Square train station. Easy to get anywhere in the city. Room was quiet and comfortable.

The room was gorgeous and perfect for us. It was withing 1 minutes walk of the train station, four stops away from central quay. There were fast food restaurants near by. The whole hotel was very quiet, we had no disturbances

My plans changed and I needed to change my stay. I was told rudely by the supervisor that I would need to talk to the Manager who was not in. When I spoke to the Manager about changing my booking after I had been there a few days, he said I would be charged for three additional days per hotel policy, but that I could request an exception to that. He said I would be contacted about it. They never contacted and I was charged the full amount of my planned stay. I have have stayed at hotels all over the world and have never encountered this policy nor been treated this way!

We stay here for events at the SCG. Comfortable rooms for family of 4. Good kitchen facilities. Train station around the corner to get into CBD. Clean modern locations with restaurant and grocery options. Only negative is the cost of parking.

Do not recommend
At 10:02am - 2 minutes after check-out time, I got a knock on the door and the male reception staff rudely looked at his watch and rolled his eyes then walked away. I had my bag packed and was just about to walk out the door when I got this knock. Surely a hotel allows a minimum 10-15 minute allowance before shaming guests. Really put me off and I won't be coming back.

This is my first time staying here, but it didn't disappoint. This place is in such a good location. Only one or two minutes to Green Square Station. From there, Sydney Airport is just one stop (domestic) and two stops (international). Trains run regularly to Airport and Central from this station. Room is spacious and really like the shower (lots of hot water and good pressure!). There is tea/coffee making facility ( Nespresso machine) and a small fridge. They have bowls, plates, cups/glasses and some cutleries but no microwave. The staff are also very good - polite and welcoming. Good value. Recommend this place if you are in Sydney.

Veriu Green Square is the place to go if you're looking for a place to stay. It suits for both short and long term stays. It's clean, equipped with very nice amenities and good wifi. The location is also strategic, close to the train station and some dining options.The staff is also really helpful to help us out. I'll be coming back again for sure!

The guest room was very well designed to fit a lot of amenities into the available space. What we would have hoped for was an exhaust fan in the bathroom. Overall, its well located and very handy to trains and buses and a supermarket and a reasonable choice of food outlets. Reception was very efficient.

The hotel is in good position to greensquare trains station (3 mins walk ).. parking is to expensive, but it's the norm for Sydney unfortunately..

Overall very modern and convenient hotel. Had a fantastic stay at a fraction of the price of the Sydney CBD. Definitely should be a consideration due to proximity to airport train and city attractions. Cant recommend more highly.
