I’m sorry but, I cannot give this property any good rating . Issac at front desk was very nice but, that’s where it ended. We did get our money back but, it had already wrecked our special occasion. The place was not cleaned properly. We payed for a 1br apartment facing harbour and were created with dirt and dust. I was bitten from the time we went back to room after dinner( we had checked in and gone straight out) sitting on couch, then on chair and finally standing up at bench. When I called girl at reception she came up and promptly told me that it was allergies. This was most definitely not it. There were other negatives but, the icing on cake was when I pulled back bed spread for bed to find a bed bug.i went down and girl came up and found two more. We were moved to an average room at midnight, resulting in not being able to open cases for fear of bed bugs entering them. This trip was for a special occasion as we were celebrating Wedding Anniversary and departing on cruise the next day. Neither of us got sleep or could change clothes to embark ship. I spent night in tears and nearly left in middle of the night to sit down at port. We had booked to stay here at end of cruise but, there is no way we would , even if free. The morning of the cruise was meant to be a happy occasion but, it was ruined for us. Sadly the owners did not make it dirty but, they do not keep on top of their staff who seem to like money for little work with the state of our room.
