This place is terrible for the following reasons: 1. They charge 30 dollar fee for late check-in. That's a rip-off. 2. It has a mouldy smell, and the next day I have allergies. 3. I hired a room with a shared bathroom. The bedroom was out of order and we needed it to use the one next to the reception that is tiny. 4. The inside walls are dark grey and dismal. 5. The carpet inside the room was dirty. The only good thing was the receptionist. When I told her the next morning that I didn't like the place, she was proactive and offered to change room. I said thank you but I left and meant to leave the next morning. I am not demanded for accommodations but this place was terrible. I wont suggest to book it. They really need a good renovation.

The property office was open until 9pm which was nice. It was a decent room and availability to walk to restaurants and shops if you like. For a quick stay I wouldn’t have a problem staying again if needed.

The bathroom was tiny and the cold water tap didn't turn off properly. In the communal kitchen there was no hot running water. I wasn't able to get the tv to work, but it was clean and the staff were good

Rooms are extremely basic, not even a single piece of decor. Only stayed 1 night so didn’t really use any of the facilities. Told we could check out at 11am. Got a knock on our room at 10.40am telling us we should have checked out at 10am. Clearly zero communication. We then got locked out of our room before 11am & had to wait around for 10 minutes ringing the front desk bell cause no one was around.

Location excellent to public transport ,great eating and easy check in. You do get what you pay however my bed was made everyday and l was given clean towels every day. What a lovely surprise. All staff went out of their way to assist. Great value for money.

No parking. Had to try and find street parking n walk up to 1km with luggage. Hotel easy to find. No lifts, had to carry luggage up numerous flights of stairs. Room had not been cleaned on arrival. Broken PowerPoints, beside lamps with no bulb. Toilet leaking water from the bottom flooding bathroom. Tiles patched up with papier-mâché and sticky tape. Snot on the bathroom walls. Underneath basin filthy, bathroom fan filthy, shower unsafe. The worst hotel we have stayed in.

For a budget hotel I was very happy with everything and I think it deserves a decent rating for what it is. The guys at reception were very helpful and friendly, offered to carry my suitcase up the stairs which I was grateful for. Would stay again.

The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The body wash dispenser was broken. The lights from the street came in around the curtain so it was like daytime in the room at night.

The room was small but adequate. Front desk reception staff were both super nice. I was glad I paid extra for the room with a bathroom as I didn't see another bathroom besides one downstairs off of the lobby. I don't know if there was another, but I was glad not to have to walk up and down stairs to use it. The bathroom in my room was very small but adequate. The tiles looked a bit grungy and I didn't shower as I forgot my shower shoes and didn't trust to go in it barefoot. Don't stay if you want quiet, I heard some sort of noise all night (sounded like a washing machine?) and either traffic or planes overhead (I'm guessing planes). I'm a heavy sleeper so it didn't bother me and I felt safe enough in the room to sleep soundly. Overall, I would stay here again, I felt safe and it was suitable for my needs with excellent staff.
