"Maintenance & Booking Policy Note:

We are committed to providing efficient maintenance services. However, please be aware that we can only attend to maintenance issues during regular work hours. Callouts cannot be confirmed on weekends (Fridays 4 pm - Monday 10 am) and public holidays, as well as outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am, Monday-Friday). We understand the importance of prompt repairs and will respond to all requests within 24 hours, arranging tradespeople during work hours.

Our deposit policy requires a 50% payment at the time of booking, and credit card transactions will have a non-refundable fee of 3.5%.

The security bond will only be held through pre-authorization 1-2 days before arrival. Depending on the property's size, this pre-authorization hold will range from $500 to $2,000 and is required 1 day prior to arrival. Selected properties may request guests' IDs for verification.

The location of the flat in Mosman Bay was perfect. You’re right in the thick of nature with the water, birds and trails through the lush landscape. If we needed to get out and about the ferry is pretty close and the bus is right outside the door. Thank you for the assortment of books about the area, they were a great reference.

Perfect holiday getaway

Beautiful two bedroom apartment overlooking mosman cove with the mosman ferry at your doorstep which made getting into the city super easy. The balcony was a slice of paradise and it was hard to leave to explore Sydney at times. Beds were exceptionally comfortable and the kitchen was very well appointed with everything you could want provided. Whilst the bathroom was cute the position of the shower meant that the entire bathroom got wet and became a bit slippery. Second bedroom is a bit small which suited us as we just had one occupant there but it might be a bit challenging for a couple. Found tissues behind the cushions on the couch and the wardrobe in the master bedroom was a bit dusty. We loved out stay and would definitely return.

Quiet Neighborhood and Stunning Views

This was our first trip to Sydney and chose this location due to its proximity to public transportation (close to South Mosmon ferry wharf and bus stop). We did not understand from our map however that we would have to carry our luggage upstairs from the wharf to the street but thankfully we could do so. This is not the rental owner's fault, just ours for not fully researching the transportation options. The beds were comfortable, with enough pillows and extra blankets as needed for the cooler weather. We appreciated the kitchen and pantry items as we cooked two meals a day. The laundry facilities were easy to use and detergent was provided. The water view from the porch was spectacular. There were no beach towels but we had brought our own as we love going to the beach regardless of the weather. Since there are many beaches close by that would be my only recommendation for additional items at the rental. We had to contact the rental group to find the guest book not realizing it was online using the QR code posted on the refrigerator. They were prompt in sending us the link. Overall it was a pleasant stay and would recommend it to others.
