"Staff was very accommodating. Rooms were large and clean. Paying extra a day for the breakfast was worth it. The free toiletry amenities in the lobby were a nice touch. Something that stood out was the lobby was comfortable and well kept and always smelled really nice right when you walked into the lobby. We are from the US and as awkward and uncomfortable it may sound the bathing house (onsen)actually ended up being a nice surprise. No bathing suits can be worn, but it was a really nice large hot tub area that was separated by men and women. convenient it was right next to a train station. Definitely would recommend and would stay again."

"The room was spacious and fairly quiet. I t was close to the laundry and some people were washing and talking late at night. The breakfast was good but very busy around 9am. It is a quiet neighbourhood around the hotel. To go to Ginza it will take you good 20 minutes to walk. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a good time here."

"Expedia has the room at 322 sq ft but it’s more like ~200 sq ft. I booked it because of the 322 sq ft in Tokyo but it was so much smaller than that. Didn’t measure it but I’m 100% sure it’s not 322. The staff were friendly, professional, and always available. No complaints there. Overall, the room was ok and not bad. I enjoyed the convenience of its location and cleanliness of the room."

"Location is good, a bit quieter but right next to a couple stations so you can get anywhere you’d like fairly quick. Rooms aren’t big but there’s nothing missing from them and they’re clean. Check in and checkout was very simple. Beds are quite comfy. Prices are very reasonable for what you get, would recommend."

"The spa on the first floor was clean and accessible even in late or early hours. I took baths both at night and early morning to ease my jet lag. Having a convenience store connected to the hotel is a big plus, too. The sushi restaurant next door was extraordinary with the freshest sashimi/sushi for the revolving style."
