The room is comfortable (bigger than I expected). Staff are friendly. Outside of the center downtown, but with easy access to all places (a bus stop is just outside the hotel).

We had excellent experience overall. The rooms and property is in excellent condition. Th location is very convenient, in between Ginza and Toyoso, we could move around very easily. The breakfast was super good!!! We had wonderful time staying at this facility..

I had a great experience during my stay in Tokyo. The rooms were surprisingly large for Japan, very clean, and quiet — perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. Breakfast was a bit pricey at $23 USD per day, especially since the selection didn’t change much, but the food was delicious. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. While there’s no designated taxi pickup area, the hotel is conveniently located about an 8-minute walk from the nearest train station, and there’s a bus stop right outside. I’d definitely stay here again!

Hotel room is clean & comfortable, just that mini bar items has to retrieve from lobby. Front desk is helpful with our request to cancel 1 night stay due to circumstances, it took us quite some time to settle with Expedia. Overall a pleasant stay.

Great hotel for family as it’s on the quieter area of Tokyo. 6 min bus ride to Tsukiji Market and 10 mins to Ginza. And 6 mins walk to the closest subway station.

Didn't want to honour late check out. Soured the entire visit. Place is a bit out of the way from the centre, which has its pros and cons.

Great stay!

Definitely will stay here again. Friendly staff, property and room was super clean. Location was quiet, a bit further away from central Tokyo but subway was a 10 minutes walk. I loved that even when you requested no cleaning service needed, the staff still leaves fresh clean towels by the door for you. My only suggestion would be, it needs additional hooks to hang up towels. There was only one within the room.

Location is fantastic and room is very spacious as compared to other similar priced hotels in Tokyo. Breakfast selection was good and it would have been better to have non-dairy option for the milk selection. I would definitely be back for another comfortable stay.

Super fresh hotel

Top notch super fresh and new hotel. Fantastic breakfast. Stayed with our 8 months old baby and got a baby crib in the room. It was a bit tight but nothing compared to other hotels in Tokyo.

Everything is great!! If front desk staff can be little bit more friendly.the over all experience can be better. Don’t feel the welcoming from Front desk staffs. The lobby cleaning lady is friendly! The breakfast cafe staffs are great and amazing.
