"Feel like you are in a giant "factory" only geared towards hosting people to sleep for 1 night. Impersonal check-in on machines. Elevators are constantly too full. Rooms are small and oddly designed (beds on an uneven platform, a danger for anyone with slight mobility problems). Gym was extremely small (too small for an hotel of that size). Restaurant has a buffer which was a bit pricey and not so good in terms of quality but saved us from trying to find something fairly late at night. it was the most economical hotel so I guess you can ask for much more. However, there are better options for a little bit more money."

"Best Hotel to stay. Rooms are very clean and largertgan (Triple twin bed) we expexted. 24 hrs coffee available. Also they have libruary room available 24 hrs."

"Really nice hotel in a quiet neighborhood of Tokyo. The hotel and restaurant were both great, although the rooms are small, as is common in Japan. I only wish the hotel had a small gym, but aside from that, it was a great stay."

"Check in went smooth. Got there early so I couldn’t check in at the time. They let me leave my bags in the lobby though. Only complaint I had was my son couldn’t use the game room because they loaded it with luggage from a large group. "

"Clean room with plenty amenities. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent location right opposite Shiomi station. Family mart also located inside for convenience."
