Great practical option for families visiting Tokyo. Located a 5-8 minute walk from Kinshicho Station, which offers an hourly direct train to Narita and a direct bus to Tokyo Disney. The neighborhood is very convenient, with plenty of shopping malls, restaurants, and a 24-hour Seiyu supermarket nearby. The building is well-maintained, and the front desk staff was helpful and accommodating. Our 1-bedroom room for six was clean and exceptionally spacious, though the spartan decor and separated toilet and shower rooms felt a bit like a dorm. The amenities were great: two strong, independent AC units, a powerful induction cooktop, a large fridge and freezer, and plenty of shared laundry machines on the ground floor. Not the most luxurious apartment hotel, but the generous living space makes it an excellent, comfortable base for a family of 4 to 6.
