"The hotel itself feels upscale and it’s gorgeous. Loved that the Family Mart was in the hotel itself and that it was close to the train station. Our only complain was how tight our room felt even though we got a 4 bed room. There are no drawers and space is limited if you’re living out of the suitcase for 4 days. The breakfast spread was fantastic though and we enjoyed our stay. "

"Everything was clean and the building was modern with excellent amenities. So many convenience stores close by and super close to the subway stations. It was incredibly quiet here and we were very comfortable. We packed light knowing there was laundry in our suite, which was such a nice feature. The building and streets surrounding the property were clean and felt very safe. We enjoyed our stay here as a family of 3. We would stay here again. "

"Loved our stay!! This was the first hotel we stayed at when we landed at Narita airport. The airport limo bus (orange bus which we booked through Klook) was so convenient since it made a stop right in front of the hotel. So after a long direct flight with two young kids, this airport bus was so helpful, and we didn’t have to worry about lugging all our luggage through the trains, navigating the train stations (this is our first time in Tokyo). The breakfast buffet was yummy, lots of options! Fairly close walking distance to the Kinshichō station which has lots of different JR lines. Also close to different food spots and convenience stores and a mall! The room itself was decently spacious , that we were able to open and spread out our luggages, especially when we were unpacking and packing up"

"Extremely close to the subway and only a short trip to central Tokyo. A little older, but great value. Well equipped gym. Lovely staff and buffet breakfast. "

"This is not a 4 star hotel. Run down and they don’t clean the room unless the 4th day. You have to leave trash outside every morning and ask for exchange of towels. Very ghetto. "
