"I use to live in AZ and travel back and forth between AZ and my new current home state. When I’m in AZ I like to feel Iike I’m “home” again so my go to is VRBOs. This home had everything we needed and is centrally located close to shopping and dining. The neighborhood is quiet and offers several parks, one being just around the corner. I would stay here again next time I’m in town. Trash bins were full from previous guest but being a former host I know this can sometimes be out of hosts hands...

"The layout of the house is very comfortable. Our party consisted of 6 people, and we all had a very nice room with clean sheets. There were plenty of towels and there were nice dental supplies, shampoos, and conditioners available in all the bathrooms. We had a lot of fun on the back patio and pool area in the evening sharing company while playing corn hole. The house rules are very reasonable and the checkout requests are also very reasonable and easy. I highly recommend staying here."

"Very nice, clean and comfortable home. Great beds and linens. The kitchen had everything one needs to prepare meals. I would have liked a garlic press but I made do without. The patio had a great view of the golf course and lake. The community was so friendly. The location was close to the stadium, shopping, and restaurants. It was everything and more that we had hoped it would. We had reservations to return next year but we loved it so much we bought our own home while in Surprise."

"Really lovely home. The bedrooms were very comfortable and offered lots of closet space. Kitchen had all we needed to make meals and store groceries. Highly recommend. One thing that would be a nice addition would be a rail up the stairs in the pool. "

"Communication with the host was exceptional. Keneesha is an excellent host - 5+. House was even better than the pictures and description. Well appointed kitchen. Pool was a welcome respite. I would highly recommend this property to those visiting the greater Phoenix area. We have rented VRBO properties for over 25 years and this one is in the top 3. I have some specific dietary requirements and wanted to ensure what type of coffee pot would be there, so I could have my sister who lives in Arizona shop ahead of time (she would be staying there with us), and I could not get anyone to respond if it was a drip or cup. I think I reached out 3 times, and each time I was told someone would get back to me. My sister ended up packing hers up and bringing...
