"The woman who checked us in was fantastic! We required a refrigerator. She arranged it! We had our service dog, she provided us with a water bowl and bottles of water. I needed extra towels. She provided them. She was above and beyond what we expected. "This place is absolutely horrible! We stayed here for one night and the next morning I had bed bug bites all over me. We found bed bugs and brought them to the front desk.
