"Hotel is brand new, the smell of paint was strong. Front desk was courteous but not very welcoming. There were no toiletries in the bathroom and one roll of paper. There was a kitchenette but no dishes, utensils or coffee pot. If you want any of those things you have to pay $50 I believe. There is a microwave and full size fridge and that was nice. No iron or board. Don't know if one is available if needed. Room was spacious and clean (its new). AC didn't seemto work well, roomfelt hot most of the time. Lots of places to go eat nearby."

"This is a charming space in a quiet neighborhood, nicely stocked with the necessities, comfortable beds, and like it says, completely new with an inviting back yard and pool. We initially thought, hmm, the dining table is outside…and then realized it was the perfect setting and focal point for our stay :)"

"The hotel is dirty. They say they have queen beds, but they’re actually full-size beds. The bed frames are very weak and move as soon as you sit down. Overall, it feels more like a Motel 6."
