"We enjoyed our stay at this rental. The heated pool was nice and clean and a fun, outdoor activity in December. The kitchen was well stocked, comfortable beds and fun, family games."

"I stayed one night on the first floor. It was safe and clean. The shower in my bathroom seemed to be made for someone in a wheelchair (not sure of the other rooms) but it was fine. Water pressure wasn't the greatest but it did the trick. Very quiet. Customer service upon check in and check out was quick and friendly. Breakfast was fresh, efficient and good. "

"The property is very clean with spotless floors & carpets, and not a speck of litter. Staff are friendly and smart. For shopping this is the best area of Phoenix. I walked to Nordstrom, Target, Costco, Trader Joe's, Dollar Tree, Savers, and Arrowhead Mall. There is a hiking/biking trail with spectacular scenery that you can access by walking south about 1/3 mile from 75th and Bell. Parking is easy. The rooms have full-size fridge, 2-burner cooktop, a small microwave, and cupboards. I wasn't offered dishes or cookware but had brought my own. Also I brought my own hairdryer and was glad because there wasn't one in the room. There was an iron/ironing board & plenty of space to hang clothes. Amenities like soap & shampoo are minimal but available. Plenty of hot water and the full-size bathroom is excellent. There was a bit of noise from neighbors. I won't say the walls are thin, but they're not soundproof either. It was Christmas time & the hotel was completely full, so I expected some noise but it wasn't bad. Bring earplugs just in case. Guests and staff were considerate. Smokers followed the rules and went to an outdoor area well away from the building. There is a very good dog walking area and I did not see any unhappy dogs among the several that were present. Bring a small bottle of dish soap if you plan to cook. I will absolutely stay here again."
