"Our week in Phoenix was a disaster...golf gaga me rained out, and then all of baseball cancelled! Thankfully we were staying at the Yavapai House. The place is incredibly clean, well appointed and provisioned, with the most comfortable beds I’ve encountered in a VRBO or AirBnB. We had plenty of room in the house as well as the backyard to hang, and the massage chairs were a hit. We will definitely rent again once baseball is back on!"

"Nice clean room, fairly quiet and close to the freeway convenient. I did not appreciate the unsolicited “wake up call” from the front desk at 4am… I didn’t ask for it and when I checked out at 5:45 because I couldn’t go back to sleep, there was no apology or anything. "

"It was a nice large house, sadly it wasn't clean and that ruined it for me right out of the gate; the coffee mugs looked frshly drank out of, there were crumbs on the stove, tooth paste on the bathroom backsplash and mirrors. The pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned in awhile. I loved my dogs could join, but there was old dog poop in the yard when we arrived."
