Resort food/drinks were pricy but nothing crazy. Pools and hot tubs were nice (adult and non-adult). Metro Phoenix Extended Stay
This is an old property. Room was huge. The ac didn't work the first night, but maintenance was prompt. They addressed every issue we had politely. The surrounding area is bad. Lots of zombies lurking about. Security is always present, we didn't feel unsafe. We'd stay again

Mint House Phoenix – Midtown
It’s not fully ADA compliant and that was an issue for my dad. We got what we needed out of it and I would tell friends about it for sure.
