"Perfect location to walk to many shops, restaurants, short drive to supermarkets. NY Corner Deli is LEGIT NY/NJ style breakfast sandwiches & Italian subs. (have lived in NC for 10yrs & this place is the one & only we have found for great food - BECSPK - if you know..you know)3rd floor deck (from kitchen, dining & living rm) has a gate which is great for young kids & pets as well as outdoor furniture to enjoy the beautiful views. Public beach access is right next door (didn't affect our stay at all) but best to get your bch gear set up earlier for good spot in front of house as the beach gets busy on weekends & high season.Plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, bch toys and bch Shibumi canopy for shade & easy set up.2 sets of washer/dryer came in handy. Kitchen essentials were fully stocked. Plenty of beach & bath towels, comfortable beds. Great/quick communication with host/mgmt who has thought of everything needed for your home away from home. basketball arcade game able to shrink back easily for more space in room when not in use w/o having to take it apart. Wifi worked perfectly. This house is well kept & we highly recommend."

"Fair. The location is great (so is the bed in the main bedroom), though the condo on the whole wasn't worth what we paid. From the furniture to the kitchenware, everything was clearly done as cheaply as possible. That's ok--this isn't the Ritz. But it would have been nice to have a better table and a keurig cup or two to start us off (esp. since I inquired beforehand about the coffee situation). And more than one knife is an absolute necessity, esp. if you're advertising a kitchen that you can cook a full meal in. So it definitely felt like some false advertising. We won't be back to this property."

"Kaley and John were everything we could have hoped for as hosts and same for their house Purple Haze. It was awesome already having boogie boards and beach chairs, and a bunch of additional items that we did not have to load up and bring from home. They were also extremely communicative making everything seemless. The only issue we had was with an upstairs thermostat not keeping the setpoint and I messaged John at 10:30 PM and he responded right away and fixed it remotely. The house was perfect for a family of four and could even be fine for an additional family. Great location as well."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is amazing! Very clean & well equipped kitchen. Cupboards and drawers very clean. Separate bar area in the kitchen/ great rm is amazing and well equipped. Plenty of bedrms to accommodate our crew. Grandkids are all now old enough to venture to get ice cream & souvenirs on their own. Close to the pier and so much. I was concerned it would be a crowded area on beach but not a problem. Thank you to the owners and mgt co. We’ll be back!"
