"The location was convenient to most everything we needed. We moved our car only one time the entire week. The elevator was also very helpful in getting luggage and groceries to the second and third levels. We were impressed with the size of the bedrooms and the comfortable beds!"

"Loggerhead rooms smelled very fresh! There are outdoor showers available, hosing for sandy feet, pool, restroom at the pool, community areas, outdoor games to play. The only difficulty is that the parking lot is built for smaller vehicles so large seven-passenger vehicles/trucks will have difficulty and cause problems for other vehicles."

"Great little spot near a public beach access and walkable to the best of Surf City. We had a shorter-than-usual beach stay this year, and really prioritized convenience. This little house delivered! Easy walk to the beach or to Shaka Taco and nearby spots for food and drinks. The house was clean and comfortable and suited us well. My only complaint, and it's a very small one, is that the beds/mattresses were very noisy. We'd happily stay again."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful family vacation experience at this house. The huge kitchen/living room area was perfect for family meals and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. The location on the beach, with easy access to Wilmington airport and taco and ice cream places in walking distance, as well as an excellent fishing pier, is perfect. Less perfect is the bar across the street on occasional karaoke nights, but they always shut down the karaoke by 10:30pm. There were a number of minor issues with the house (no batteries in most TV remotes, empty gas tanks for the gas grill, disposals not working), but the management company was very responsive and sent out repair people right away. The circulation system failed on the two small salt water pools, which the kids loved to splash around in, and that looks like a more serious repair issue. For our large family it would have been helpful to have some bedrooms with twin beds instead of all king beds (aside from the two bunk bedrooms).Overall we will highly recommend this place to our friends (but not for when we want to come back again here next year!!)."
