"Amazing hotel with fabulous accommodating staff. There were many hiccups during our travel unrelated to the hotel and the hotel staff was there to assist every step of the way. The gondola rides to and from the hotel were amazing and added that little extra flair to our adventure. The hotel itself is conveniently located within 30 minutes from Banff and many popular tourist attractions. The on site hot tub was very well maintained and made for an excellent end of day activity when you are looking to unwind and relax. They resort grounds also offer their own trails and views with a chance of seeing wildlife. Would highly recommend and would stay again. "
