"This property is pet-friendly, which is one of the reasons we chose it. The "dog area" was a small patch of grass that was continually over-watered & unusable. Arriving, there was only 1 person tending the desk & help requests! The breakfast was mediocre. We had a King Suite. The layout was great, but sadly needs repairs, remodeling & new furniture, including the bed (mattress was dirty!). The bathroom faucet sprays sideways. The toilet seat (plastic) moved to the left anytime it was sat upon. There was rust dripping from the side of the bathtub & patched work in the tub. The location is GREAT!!"

"The hotel is dirty. They say they have queen beds, but they’re actually full-size beds. The bed frames are very weak and move as soon as you sit down. Overall, it feels more like a Motel 6."

"The room was very small and poorly laid out. There were two TV's next to each other. My room was a king bed + sofa bed and it was a tiny room. I'm not a big guy but the bathroom was so small, there was barely room to get in/out of the show. The whole hotel was smaller than the pictures. Way over priced for the quality of the room."

"Description for property and properties usual amenities are not accurate and are not provided at this property. They provided one plastic cup in a room with 2 people and zero other anything. Kitchen cabinets are empty, no pots pans, glasses, dishwater, no coffee maker. Very noisy all night, no security, extra riot entrance security doors broken, cut my finger on bathroom counter with sharp edge... would not stay again. "

"Great house, everything we could want or need and our host, Bernadine, was amazing!!! This is probably one of the top 5 rentals I've ever stayed in, well-stocked, exactly as pictured, and fit our needs perfectly. I'd absolutely stay again! We were in Phoenix for my son's graduation from Arizona Christian University, of which the house is very close. It is also conveniently located in the P83 district which has tons of restaurants and spring training facilities and baseball fields that my boys have played at over the years, and very convenient accsss to the 101 which made getting around quick and easy. Only about 20 minutes from GCU, Westgate, Uptown and maybe 30 from the airport. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed immensely and the putting green was also a huge hit! We worked on our short game all weekend ;) The kitchen was well-stocked with spices, some food, the basics. I love not having to buy a bottle of olive oil and a whole package of aluminum foil that I'm going to use twice and throw out. I don't think any of those things are guaranteed to be there, but I appreciate that they don't have their cleaners throw all of that out. Bernadine was so accommodating and prompt in responding to all questions. She even sent my son a grad gift! Above and beyond! She made the trip and this very big life milestone so much more special! I wish I was still there, floating in paradise!"
