Beautiful, clean, newly built rooms with really friendly, communicative staff. Beautiful bathrooms, super spacious and great amenities. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend this as an alternative to a hotel, as you will essentially have an apartment rather than a small hotel room!

This was the perfect stay. Like an apartment/hotel in one. All the amenities, loved having a washer and dryer in unit, loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom, friendly and available staff, and great location. The only thing I wish they had was an additional bolt or the top lock latch like some hotels have. As a woman traveling solo, that would have made me feel a little more comfortable.

We had a great stay at Placemakr Downtown Phoenix. Our room was a fully furnished studio, including oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer and dryer en suite. The building is new, and the room was very clean. Well connected to public transportation, convenience stores (CVS, Fry's) a few blocks away (~10 minute walking distance). The 22nd floor has a game room, a business room with computers and a printer, a media room, and a shared open space room. There's a nice break room with free coffee on the ground floor of the building adjacent to Placemakr, which also has an outdoor swimming pool and can be accessed using the fob that opens our room.

If I could give this place less than 1 star, I would. It was super difficult to find. Parking was awful. I wasn’t told where I could park as the spaces were marked. I went back up to the front desk to ask and when I came back down, I couldn’t get back into the garage. The bedroom was super tiny. The foot of the bed had maybe a foot to the wall. No tv in the room. It was also super loud as it was in the middle of downtown. I actually woke up twice at night because I could hear people outside. Would never stay again and would definitely not recommend. Do not waste your money!!

The hotel was wonderful. The room was comfortable and roomy. It looked like a miniature studio. The view was wonderful, however getting to the hotel was difficult. Parking was really difficult. When we checked in, the host was quite helpful in directing us to the parking space we had payed for. He was really professional and kind. He guided us step by step. Get enter the hotel and check in. He was really patient, but as we were leaving to check out, we had a terrible horror encounter. We could not leave the parking lot. The parking would not allow us go even though we had paid for it; it kept asking for the code on the slip so we call service desk for help support. He can’t barely help us. He was also getting frustrated with customer service when it came to the parking lot for the hotel. He tried his best to help us.. we had to pay for parking again to get out. . We were late to the airport. We nearly missed our flight by 20 minutes owing to parking troubles. Thankfully, I had a clear check. But, altogether, the hotel was really clean and well-organized; there was no amenity. the pool was closed. we only interact with the front desk. Just don’t park at the hotel find your own parking lot..!!!! but over our great view great location.

Poolside seating was comfy and entire pool area was beautiful but this place felt like more of an apartment complex, not a hotel at all. Way finding was difficult to navigate through to find and access the amenities. Entryways were “cautioned” off so access to the pool to inconvenient since the stair access was locked. Just didn’t feel as welcoming as what we were looking for.

What a wonderful stay for a group! You won’t find a better apartment/multi-bedroom suite for this price. The property is super modern and clean and the amenities are top-notch. The pool is so so nice and really well maintained. We stayed in February and it was heated to the perfect temp :) Can’t recommend enough!
