"The property itself was okay. There were empty alcohol bottles in the hallway and stains on the carpet of my room. The main issue was how rude their airport transfer staff was. I wish I grabbed his name. But an overweight middle aged man literally yelled at me in front of other passengers. I had a freshly purchased coffee and about 5 minutes until the van departure. The drive mentioned I could not bring the coffee along (so I assumed he meant when the vehicle was moving - a high-risk...

"The lady on reception upgraded me to a King room from a Queen. Very friendly, arranged a taxi for me, as due to the local council Uber's don't go from there. Room service was good, food lovely. Breakfast, great selection & the lady & gentleman there today were very welcoming. The gentleman in a very smart suit was old school, I hope he doesn't mind me saying that but he was full of the traditional values of the hotel, he has worked there for 40 years. Will be back thank you."
