"We drove for 9 hours and arrived at the facility around 6:10 am, and our check-in isn't until 3 pm, but the nice front desk guy gave us a room to check into at that time because he knew we were all tired. We booked 3 separate rooms with some friends, and we are so pleased that our rooms were next to each other, and we got to check in that early. We also had breakfast at the hotel. This is not the first time we've booked at this hotel; this is actually our 4th time. We always choose this hotel for these reasons - the staff is super nice, and everything you need is within walking distance. I always recommend this to some of my friends too."

"Room was new and clean, new towels brought every day, really nice jacuzzi tub, located right on the strip in Gatlinburg and close to the national park. Only complaint was the really loud garbage truck at 5am each morning!"
