We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Pool was clean, breakfast was hot and had a variety of options, room was clean and we loved being able to walk straight to the strip. We also had a bear sighting! We will stay again!

The Best Western Johnson's Inn now named Bishop Inn was very nice. It is clean, and has two pools. One is more like an adults area, the other has a slide for the kids. Breakfast was included and included eggs, sausage, bacon, coffee, juice and many more foods. The location was very convenient. It's a short walk to downtown and also on the trolley line.

The property was very convenient to the main drag in Gatlinburg. Very clean and well maintained. The check in staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. The only dislike I had was it took a long time for the water to get hot enough for a shower. It came out lukewarm pretty quickly but took a while to get really warm.

I had low expectations due to the price of the room, despite having decent reviews. The check in was super easy and staff was very kind and helpful. The rooms were spacious. It was nice to have a balcony and extra room around the kitchenette. The kids loved the pool and the slide! The gas outdoor fire pits were super cool too! Good hot breakfast, with lots of choices! Overall an excellent experience! I wish we would have booked our entire stay here!
