We booked this room based on recent reviews, and because it is really close to the strip. Free parking for hotel guests was a bonus. Easy check in, while there is construction going on throughout the property, it's being done during the day, so it's not bothersome at all.

A really good budget-friendly option in downtown Gatlinburg! This hotel's location is super walkable to the downtown area, and I really liked that it's just far enough it's nice and quiet but it's also no more than a ten-minute walk to anything downtown. We wanted to book somewhere within easy walking distance to the aquarium and this hotel was perfect for that. Very easy parking as well! We really appreciated that everything was clean and welcoming, and staff were great.

We loved our stay! Eveyone was nice and it was clean. Weve stayed before and it was okay. They definitely redid the rooms and it was wonderful! They mislead you wirh having breakfast. Its not hot its juat grab and good muffins with juice and coffee.

This was our second stay at this motel in a week as we were very impressed with our first stay. Very clean and friendly staff. There is construction on updating rooms however this did not impact our stay. Work is done during daytime and noise was not an issue.
