This was the second time staying there, still very satisfied. Place is sooo clean, room smells clean when you first walk in. Staff is constantly walking around property making sure everything is clean.GREAT STAY

The room was clean and beds comfortable with plenty of soft pillows. The balcony overlooks the river and mountains. The breakfast and coffee was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. We will be staying here next time we visit Gatlinburg. The city trolley is very convenient also. Trolley stop is near the inn.

The view of the river is great, hotel needs some updates. Staff this time around NOT very friendly and they don't answer the front desk phone (tried 3X) parking is very tight and the indoor pool area needs a deep cleaning, would not use in current condition!
