Right in the heart of Gatlinburg you don't have to pay for parking! The room was clean and nice but it desperately needs updated. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a problem with our toilet it backed up and they moved us to a new room that was a little bigger and nicer than what we originally in and we stayed in it for the remainder of our stay at no additional charge. I would stay there again.

Our annual stay for the ETSBOA was everything we needed it to be. We always choose this comfy hotel close to EVERYTHING. With a great breakfast and clean safe rooms. Plus free parking as a bonus to guests. Housekeeping kept us stocked with clean towels. And with teenagers that’s an extra bonus for me.

Some of the reviews had me worried but honestly for the price we paid I was fairly impressed. It was my husband my 4 year old and 2 year old and I who all stayed and I didn’t feel unsafe. It wasn’t really dirty. There was a little weird smell when we came in but nothing major it might have just been the heat cuz it was just turned on. Breakfast was good.

This place is horrible, almost everything didn’t work. Elevator was out, hallway airflow was stagnant, flooring was coming up. This place was horrible. NEEDS MAJOR MAINTENANCE, and you can tell that they don’t invest in regular maintenance just bandaid the problems. I’m not a very critical person but this was awful. Morning staff lady was super nice. But the evening check in guy was blah and not friendly. There are so many better options near by that I’d stay at rather than this place. I just was trying somewhere new, ughhhh!!!! Disgusting and disappointing!!!!!
