"Breakfast was good, and the staff were very friendly. Parking was easy and despite being next to a road it was quiet in the room. The hotel building is in need of a bit of a refurb but the restaurant building was quite nice. Unfortunately the room could have been cleaner, the bed wasn't made properly and there was a lot of hair in the bath plug which was really horrible. "

"Excellent team, great facilities, the room was clean, comfortable and well proportioned. Reception were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and restaurant service friendly and courteous without being overbearing. We really enjoyed the spa facilities and the grounds were lovely. We will definitely go back."

"The staff were all lovely,the breakfast was delicious too,lots of choice,the room was really nice ,but the bed was awful,we both found it so uncomfortable ,the premier inn bed is so much more comfortable and bigger,plus the quilt was very small for the bed,the bathroom was lovely and clean,and the shower was good for me been upright,the pressure wasnt very good though,apart from the bed ,everything was really nice,we enjoyed our stay,and all the staff,checkin and breakfast restaurant staff were really nice too"

"Staff on reception were very good, helpful and friendly. Room was excellent. Hotel was very quiet. Had a great nights sleep. Car parking spacious. Hotel was easy to locate straight off junction 10. Breakfast was also very nice. 😊 (This is especially pleasing as in times past the breakfast was the one thing which I thought was very poor.) Thank you."
