"The Palais was located in an excellent location across from a small park very close to the river. It was also walkable to all of the main attractions in Vienna. In the immediate neighbourhood were a number of very good restaurants, with better prices and quality food than the main tourist center. We greatly appreciated an early check-in after a long overnight flight from Toronto. Using the Expedia app to let them know we would get there early was helpful. The restaurant breakfast was very good, albeit pricey. The ceiling to floor windows overlooking the park were a nice surprise as was a grocery store across the street. A very safe and walkable local neighborhood. A five minute walk away was a path that extended along the river in both directions, perfect for a slow walk or a jog in the morning!"
