This was our second stay at the hotel. We love the atmosphere and warmth of the hotel. The staff are polite and efficient. The breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice and fresh. Our room was comfortable with a very welcome bath for a nice soak at the end of the day. We had dinner one night and it comprised traditional Austrian food which was plentiful, well presented and tasty. Highly recommend this wonderful hotel!

Friendly staff, great location just over the canal from the city centre. It is great to think you are staying in an hotel which has had a presence in Vienna since 1600, it has been upgraded since then of course.

Hotel Stefanie is clean, quiet, and charming. The breakfast buffet was excellent, as was the restaurant located inside the hotel. Staff were courteous and helpful. From the hotel, it's an easy walk to Innere Stadt and many attractions. Highly recommend!
