Not enough room for 4 adults, but it was perfect for my husband and myself. "We had stayed at SH decades ago when our kids were little. I chose to revisit with my wife last weekend to celebrate my 64th birthday. The hotel has a slight quirkiness due to its personal service but that is a big part of its charm. We had a beautiful meal in Aquitaine and lovely breakfasts in the bistro. Our room in the annex was a beautiful, spacious, spotless room with SuperKing bed, fabulous en-suite with special shower-bath. All the staff have genuine and generous interest and care for the guests. The hotel location in sleepy Seaview is perfect for us. We did a fantastic walk along the coast from the SH one day with a packed lunch from Lily’s Cafe 100m up the High Street. We were also able to visit many lovely places on the island, all within a maximum of 1hr drive. We’ll be back."

"We were lucky to find this spot. St Helens and Bembridge has some of the nicest beaches, cafes, and restaurants on the island. It’s perfect if you want a location that’s less busy. The house was huge for a family of 4 and a dog. You can easily fit 6. Nice garden and the kitchen diner was a good size. The only downside is the extractor not working, I would have been useful to at least have the light while cooking."
