"Stayed here with wife and kids - 10 & 13 - for our trip to universal. Great location, shuttle bus service to theme park was convenient room was clean and staff super friendly. Would def stay here again "

"Overall, a great spot and close to Epic Universal , a cab ride was only $6 . The property does provide free shuttle . My family and I like to walk so we walked to a few local restaurants and rented scooters as a family. "

"Everything was up to par except for the beds, I didn’t get a good rest at all. The beds literally gave me cold chills, the blankets are like paper. If you’re ok with that then by all means I would say stay, but that alone I would not return. "

"The garden walkways were in full bloom,gorgeous! Breakfast was a treat by the pool, kids stayed water logged. Staff was friendly & playground was also fun for kiddos when not running thru splash pad. Overall a great get away"

"We like the water taxi geting back and forth. Helpfully will all question that we had. Walking in showers are not the best design water will get everywhere. "
