"Love the place!"

"My family and I really enjoyed staying at Phillip and Ambers property. The neighborhood was beautiful and they thought of everything- there were extra blankets and pillows, soap, games and even ponchos! I’m not sure that the cost for pool heat was worth it as it was still too cold to be tolerable but we made do inside. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and are grateful to our hosts for opening their home!"

"All of the other reviews sold us on staying here, and once we arrived, we were not let down. Upon arrival, check-in was very easy and what was really remarkable is the house is very, very clean. Furthermore, everything you would need to support a family is already at the house. Prior to arrival, we received a great email with suggestions about where to eat, things to do, etc. We spent some time in the community pool and water park, but our family actually really enjoyed. "We loved the house. Plenty of space and lots to do between the pool, arcade room, and theater room. We also enjoyed the multiple clubhouse waterparks we had access to. We had a couple issues with the pool and a/c but property management resolved quickly. Highly recommend booking this house"

"The home was filled with kids coloring books, games, essentials, and pool toys. There were plenty of towels, bedding, & pillows. This house is in a great central location for all the major Orlando activities - Universal, various Disney parks, Legoland, etc. Legoland is just under and hour away but the Disney parks are all within 25 minutes or less. The house offers 4 bedrooms each en-suites so everyone in the family has their own space. Bus transfer to theme parks. Lovely pool area. Furnishings need a bit of updating but small thing compared with all the positives of this place.
