We just had a much better overall experience at Sapphire Falls from our prior vacation. We felt more welcomed. Cleaning staff was pretty good and the beach club was awesome. The staff at check in could have been more welcoming.

Felt welcome from the minute we walked through the door, the VIP Service team are amazing and went the extra mile for our daughter’s 10 birthday. Highly recommended and worth the extra cost for the express passes and walking distance to the main 2 parks we visited.

Staff very helpful and reaches out to see if there is anything you need. So convenient for a Universal Studios trip. Literally a 3 minute walk from outside the door to security at CityWalk.

Usual great experience and benefit of express passes for Universal/IOA. Easily walkable to parks. Some areas of rooms/corridors could do with a feeshen up but overall great.
