"The air conditioning didn’t work correctly in our room and couldn’t be adjusted and our blinds were broken and couldn’t fully shut. When the maintenance man came, he fixed the blinds but acted flustered about the thermostat not working correctly and just left the room saying an HVAC guy will have to be called. No one ever came. In addition, our carpeting in our room was filthy and our room smelled musty. It was a big disappointment for the kind of money we paid. "

"Nice size rooms, although I assumed the bed in the main bedroom would be a king sized bed. Really bare, cheap hotel, but it does the trick. Food is reasonably priced, but it’s cafeteria food. Shuttle is great, never waited long. "

"A great place to stay. 10/10 recommended. Very clean, staff was very nice and accommodating. Sean helped up upon checkin, he was great. Highly recommend. Fun for the whole family"

"Room was clean, really wish the indoor water area opened earlier as we paid resort fees but the kids only got two hours total to play. First night we had no water so no working toilet, shower, etc. Staff was very nice, but our overall experience wasn’t what I expected. Might give it a second chance depending on our schedule next time we’re in Orlando. "

"This was the perfect stay for the family thanks to the staff member Joshua who upgraded our suite to a pool view for my son birthday. The staff was nice and welcoming we will be planning to come back!"
