"I booked this hotel for the slides at the pool and they have been out if service for the past 2 weeks and this the slides twas the deal breaker. I’m very disappointed and will never stay here again"

"I really like Planet Hollywood. Wonderful staff. The rooms are a little beat up but still a good value. Perfect location on the strip where you can still walk both directions without having to hike forever. I book there because I loved their new poker room. It was a nice space and so convenient. Sadly it did not bring in the players and they have already shut it down. Very sad. I had a great time playing there. Tough to compete with the more established rooms. "

"The property was immaculate. Literally one being asked where we stayed. We mentioned the Wynn, and everyone’s face literally lit up saying oh that place is so nice. My biggest complaint is that while catching an Uber I was told Uber pick up in the back. The tone from the valet made this seem very racial and I felt some kind of way about it. I brought it to the attention of the staff and they did something about it."
