"The stay was overall very pleasant. The staff at the front desk and restaurant were friendly and helpful. Room service response time can be improved but I’m giving them the benefit of doubt due to possible short staffing. The day cleaners did a very average job during our stay, taking all our towels but forget to provide new ones. They also left a bag of recyclable rubbish at our door when we return from our day trip. The most memorable aspect of our stay would be the amazing view from their restaurant deck and"

"Check in was very efficient and we received a complimentary upgrade with this being our third stay at the Airport Gateway. The studio unit was spacious with good amenities and an excellent shower. Complimentary airport shuttle booked is a real bonus even at 4am so thank you. We will definitely always choose to stay here when leaving from Christchurch airport."

"We would definitely stay at Pinewood again. Our only issue was that we didn't have anywhere to hang our wedding attire. Luckily I had my own hangers so I hung them on the bunk bars. However my other companions didn't. Loved the shower and the beds were so comfortable and warm. The staff were so helpful and happy. Cool place."
