"The room was fine and clean although the tub was well worn. The only amenity was the ice machine which was great. I will say that the staff really could use some customer service skills. I had reserved a queen room and they didn't have it. I had extended the reservation an additional night but they claimed not to have that, then when I paid a second time, the only decent employee told me I had two rooms and I think I got a refund. I was told there was no coffee but it turns out they did have coffee, I learned on my last day. When I spoke to staff, except for the cleaner, no one looked at me or made eye contact or acknowledged what I said. A little strange."

The hardwood floor vinyl in our room was sticking up in certain parts of the room making it difficult to walk around. Shower was hard to manage but luckily there were instructions included on the wall. TV had some color issues and we weren't able to access the settings. Beds were comfy and parking was accessible. Good stay."
