The hotel is amazing. Lots of effort into the ambiance and aesthetic. The staff are next level, with very personable and excited attitudes. It’s very welcoming from check in to out. The room is pretty outdated overall, but still really a magnificent view. It was a great stay and we’d love to come back.

The valet is aggressive, expensive and the only option. Otherwise everything else was great.

I was not able to use the Pool area. So much for booking a room 30+ miles from my area. Jacuzzi/hot tub was filthy. 1st person of contact needs better customer service

Place was great- perfect for a family, a few minutes walk to Little Tokyo We would have given 5 stars except on the day of check in we were given a different location than what is on the listing and confirmed the day prior which caused a lot of anxiety and scrambling. The real location seems to be much better than K-town but we made plans based on the original address. We spent most of our visit with friends earlier that day waiting on responses, trying to figure out if we were being scammed and what alternative plan we can have. Wish the listing would have provided a better sense of location so that we felt confident it was all legit - unfortunate since the place is really good and would recommend otherwise. Just plan that the location is not James Wood Blvd in Koreatown as it says. Also parking is available for a fee - recommended but reserve early so you can have it for your entire stay. We had to park on street (allowed on the meter overnight after 8pm) our last evening.
