"The location is unique and wonderful. Staff were very helpful and polite. Dinner in the Osteria was excellent and kitchen accommodated vegetarians without a fuss. Our room loft room facing the waterway was very spacious and quiet. Visit Burano across the bridge after 7p.m. - the whole island is deserted and peaceful. Breakfast was a self service simple affair but more than adequate . Host was there and helpful with bus information for our car rental . Communication regards Venice Exemption passes and how to self check in from the host were great"

"Great location near to the shuttle buses and some water taxi stops. Staff were helpful, room was basic but clean. Shower worked well - no issues with it running cold like I’ve had in other hotels! Continental breakfast buffet was simple but plenty to choose from. Would stay there again if I went back to Venice."
