Excellent stay. Host was very friendly. If coming from airport I recommend taking water bus right from airport as it is a long walk from bus station with many stairs.

This was a lovely spot to stay. Giovanni and staff were so friendly and kind. The history of the property was amazing. Beautifully updated, yet in keeping with the style. Area was clean and well air conditioned.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff, very close to Ponte Rialto. Walking from garage san Marco takes about 20 min. Air con was not very strong so it was a bit warm in September

Great location in the heart of Venice. The room was typical of European hotel rooms. The place is about 12-15 minute walk from the bus station, perhaps shorter with a water taxi. Our host was friendly and welcoming and there was a small community kitchen downstairs. Would definitely stay there again.

Cute little room in an almost 600 year old building in the heart of Venice. The staff were incredibly friendly, happy, and helpful. We arrived late in the evening and they made sure we had all the information we needed to get into our room. There is a small common area with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and teapot. Our room was tiny, but clean and had a cupboard for our clothes and a little safe if you need it. The bathroom and shower were great, too.

Quaint and quiet in the heart of it all

Lovely spot in a central location. The room was small but in excellent condition and quite serviceable. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. A shame they don’t have breakfast as the downstairs has the sweetest set up for it.

I cannot begin to explain how easy it was to stay at Bianca Capello. We arrived late at night from the Venice airport and the manager had left us very clear instructions to get in. We had absolutely no issues getting into our room and slept so soundly all nights we were there. Super comfy bed, AC, and we had the terrace room which was so nice to enjoy the mornings and evenings on. It’s so walkable to everywhere in Venice. Such a safe and quiet street too! Don’t hesitate to book this little gem of a hotel!

Our stay at the Bianca Cappella House was absolutely perfect. The location is close to many restaurants and the Rialto bridge. Our room was great and Giovanni was more than helpful. Great stay in Venice!

Great spot, good deal for Venice

Excellent stay in an extremely central spot to walk to anywhere or 2 minutes to the ferry. Terrace was bigger than expected, lovely quiet spot.

The B&B is charming and clean. Check in was easy and just as host described . Host was very responsive, we never encounter him/her. The house is historical. Renovations nicely done. The BEST sleep I had during my entire trip!!!. The bed and pillows SO comfortable. It is nestled in a district that feels miles away from the train station; but only because of the maze like streets( to us tourist ) . Venezia is charming and relaxing even with all the tourist. Loved our time there.

Pretty convenient area but a 2 floor walk up not mentioned in listing, not a.big deal but worth mentioning. Bathroom small, bed too low to ground, door lock is not very secure. Ac was turned off by cleaning staff and was very warm upon my return, very upsetting after a long day out.
