Everything was perfect. Very welcoming. The location is central, but not in the crowd - so it is more silent and comfortable. Attention with the check in timing. It is not a typical reception with 24h service

Truly enjoyed the stay at La Rosa deli Venti. Staff were very nice and helpful. It’s conveniently located near a stop , Arsenale so easy access to and from the airport using the allugano. Will stay here again anytime I see myself in Venice

We really appreciated the complimentary bottled water, canned soft drinks, tea and cookies. Our room was spacious but the bathroom needed a little maintenance. Located on the Grand Canal with beautiful view and close to a water bus stop.

Lovely breakfast in am. View was beautiful. Building is charming and old. Problems with old locks to our room and B&B entry door. No lift, so be prepared to carry luggage 4 sets of stairs.

Poor communication, especially when it was needed. This apartment was not at all like the photos. Run down, barely usable bathtub (no stand up shower), bathtub broken and holes in the wall, AC barely worked (at best I would guess 24 or 25 Celsius) and old lights that gave off heat didn’t help. Sweated all night. (Worth noting we stayed in a different rental the night before and the AC worked amazing, cooling to our requested 21 degrees. We also stayed in a place 2 nights before without AC and this place was far hotter in the evening likely because the AC was creating heat as it chugged along ineffectively. Beds were hard but that’s totally ok if you have good pillows, which this unit did not. So crappy sleep. For what we paid they could for the AC repair and buy new pillows. Wifi wasn’t available. We sent an inquiry (the only time we got a personal response) but no matching network available. Fortunately our kids determined that the router was unplugged and sorted it. Though we had asked in advance to store our luggage early, but no response. So instead we arrived right at check in time. But the instructions were inaccurate and we sat inside the front door trying to contact someone for more than 20 mins. Finally, we took it upon ourselves to explore the building and managed to find the cleaning lady. She was wonderful, though mentioned it would be an hour before the room was ready. However we were just glad to drop our luggage and finally explore beautiful Venice.

Just a warning about the stairs (2 floors up) and the limited reception hours. Keys were left in the mailbox downstairs. Room was amazing and there is a nice cafe right downstairs.

I highly recommend this place. It was clean and the staff were super friendly. Loved waking up to the beautiful view from my bedroom. The shopping, and restaurants are within walking distance. Truly enjoyed my stay and will be back again.

Lovely room, perfekt view, friendly staff. Only the checkin and advance communication was very poor. Hint: What they provide you as door number is both the house number and the door keypad PIN. No response to further emails, all you can do is guess.

Cuando leí los comentario sobre el alejamiento me quede preocupada pensando qué iba a encontrar. Sin embargo ha sido una sorpresa lo cómodo que ha sido y lo bien que nos hemos sentido. El alojamiento es un bed and breakfast con 6 habitaciones. Llegamos por la mañana y pudimos entrar sin problemas. Si llegas por la tarde te mandan el día anterior una clave de acceso. Habían preparado la habitación con 2 camas individuales como pedimos. La habitación era muy bonita, con vistas y decoración estilo vintage. Las camas muy cómodas y las almohadas maravillosa. El cuarto de baño está reformado y el agua caliente de la ducha sale con presión y temperatura adecuada. El desayuno se sirve en la recepción y es suficiente. Café o té, pan, croissants, mantequilla mermelada fiambre… de todo. Giovanni fue súper atento y nos facilitó dejar las maletas el día que nos íbamos en el hotel, consignadas, para recogerlas por la tarde. Todo facilidades. Yo lo recomiendo y volveré. Muchas gracias Giovanni

Siamo arrivati il giorno previsto per il soggiorno e ci è stato comunicato che la camera non era disponibile. Avevano prenotato tramite Expedia ed il proprietario probabilmente ha avuto la possibilità di collocarla ad un prezzo superiore, per fortuna siamo arrivati al mattino e non alla sera come volevamo fare. Avevano scelto quel posto per la vicinanza sll'Arsenale divendo recarci alla Biennale. Expedia ha provato a contattarci con un numero estero al quale non abbiamo risposto pensando a telefonate inutili, ci hanno mandato una mail dicendo che il propietario ci offriva una soluzione alternativa ma da tutt'altra parte rispetto all'Arsenale, cosa che siamo stati costretti ad accettare visto la quantità di persone presenti in città e la scarsità di alloggi a prezzi decenti (volendo soendere anche oltre 500 euro s notte ce ne sarebbero stati a volontà, poi non so se ci avrebbero rimborsato rifiutando la loro offerta). Nella mail era indicato un numero verde che non era contattabile da cellulare. Alla fine il proprietario che non è mai stato raggiungibile telefonicamente, tramite la signora delle pulizie ci ha inviato un altro recapito a cui contattare Expedia.. Era la prima volta che mi rivolgevo ad Expedia e visto come sono andate le cose anche l'ultima, cime sempre fatto mi rivolgerò al concorrente più famoso. Per la struttura purtroppo non avendo soggiornato lí non posso valutarla, la valutazione è per la serietà dimostrata, lasciandoci in difficoltà all'ultimo minuto

Location perfetta per chi visita la Biennale, Giardini e Arsenale e come noi ama soggiornare nel quartiere Castello. Affacciato sulla laguna, l’edificio, che ospita diversi b&b, è in condizioni discrete ma può anche migliorare. La ragazza che ci ha consegnato le chiavi è molto carina e disponibile. La stanza - piuttosto piccola e affacciata su una corte interna - era pulita e gradevole. Torneremo scegliendo però una delle stanze con vista laguna 😊

Accoglienza e struttura sono davvero piacevoli. La persona che ci ha accolti gentilissima ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli nel frattempo che giravano ancora un po’. Posizione centrale e fermata del traghetto a due passi. La vista del dal Terrazzo unica. Consiglio davvero questa struttura. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans ce B&B (meme s'il n y a pas de breakfast) qui est très bien placé, face à la lagune où on a une superbe vue et où on peut voir le coucher de soleil.
