"We had a lovely stay for 4 nights in Isabella suite (room 36) which was a relaxing space to spend time. The hotel location is excellent for seeing all that Bruges has to offer. The property was clean and well maintained. The only slight downside was that the Breakfast area could get busy and not sure we got value for money each morning (unless you start early on the Prosecco that is on offer!). Overall a great find."

"The hotel is in a convenient location with friendly staff and clean rooms. The breakfast was also nice, including everything you would expect. The hotel is definitely a budget option, but this is exactly what we were looking for - a hotel located close to the Bruges city centre with a comfy bed for the night. I would definitely recommend to anyone seeking somewhere to stay in Bruges on a budget."

"The rooms are spotless and very well decorated, nice sheets and plenty of towels and shower gel/shampoo etc. Only 2 coffee pods (also 2 decaf) but these are replaced every day. On arrival the staff were very welcoming and had great information on the local and wider area. They gave us a list of their favourite bars/brasserie/restaurants etc, and a map of the whole town, great service. We had a room with the balcony door, the door lock had somehow failed however and the door could not be locked, after informing the desk staff, this was repaired and was fine, until the final morning when it failed again. Again, before we left I informed the desk staff, who were very apologetic. I know they'll repair it again. The bar is well stocked and the staff very polite and cheerful. I liked that they put 2 ladies working together, it made me feel that the employers actually care about their staff and by extension their customers. I would definitely return when we return to Brugge."
