Great walkable location. The hotel room was updated, nice and spacious. Very comfortable bed, got very good sleep. Hotel restaurant and bar was nice and convenient, always busy which is good and bad. Would definitely stay here again.

Every time we return to Bruges we return to the NH, staff are lovely, happy to help with recommendations as needed. Room this time was huge, clean and very relaxing.

Great location to the city. You can always step by the hotel as the weather is unpredictable sometimes. Prefer 2,60 euro parking 10 mins walking at Oesterparking which is very cheap.

Was allocated a room that hadn’t been cleaned twice therefore had to return to reception multiple times to sort it out. Was eventually given a clean room which was upgraded to a superior room, however this was extremely dirty/ damaged and had a view of the roof level plant. Was given a complimentary breakfast due to the issues but the staff tried to charge us at the end of the stay. Have stayed here previously with no issues, won’t be staying here again.

We enjoyed our stay within a short distance of attractions. Great value. Jorge welcomed us and was very personable offering much advice and dinner suggestions. He is one of a kind. We would definitely return.

Great location for shops, food, markets, etc. Once you drop off your luggage and have to park at the underground location, there are a lot of turns and U-turns, but the garage is large and parking spaces are too. The entrance/exit is in a tunnel so be prepared. The staff was super friendly.
