" I want to start by saying the staff is so very lovely. Heads up, if you are reserving the "comfort" room, take note these rooms are NOT in the hotel. They are around the corner in the parking garage. They do have a window that faces right into the smoke yard so don't expect to open the window. We found this out the hard way.. I ended up having to pay for an upgrade to a room that faces into the street. The problem with that is there is a hostel and a club style restaurant across the street...

"The hotel was very nice boutique style, exceptional service throughout our stay. The room we stayed in had a view of the canal and a small terrace you could sit out on. Breakfast was great and the decor throughout was lovely. Only criticism was the occasion smell of sewage / dirty water, think being an older building by the canal we occasionally had some bad smells otherwise we had a brilliant time in Brugge. "

"Had a wonderful stay here with my daughter. The hotel is perfectly situated to explore Bruges. When we were checked in by the very friendly staff we were told we had been upgraded to a garden view room. The view was lovely and the perfect place to see stunning sunsets from (we were very lucky with the weather!). We sampled drinks at the hotel bar and food at the restaurant during our stay, both of which were good. The staff were all efficient and friendly. "

"Really great hotel. Clean, central location right next to the square, easy to drive to and park. Pool and sauna were great at the end of the day. Lovely room and exceptionally well kept. Staff were really polite and couldn’t do enough. Highly recommend if your visiting Brugge for a couple of days"
